1. How to place an order ?

Placing your first order with Farmer100.com is easy. Just follow the five steps below:
Step1 > Select the service. We provide for you on the Home Page: Runescape Powerleveling, Buy Runescape Money, Buy Runescape Items, Do Runescape Quests, Buy Runescape Guides, Buy Runescape Accounts. Then, it will take you to the special service page and you should read the notification and agree the rules about our special service.
Step2 > Choose the item. Click the “BuyNow” button, and it will take you to the Order Information page. Fill in all the necessary information carefully such as your contact email address, first and last name, runescape character name and password if required, and so on.

For new customers, we do not accept paypal payment if the items price is over 100USD. (If you are the first time to make order on our website and the price of the items is over 100USD, please do not choose paypal payment, otherwise, we will just refund your payment immediately.) Then click the “BuyNow” button to submit your order information and it will take you to the special office website to finish your payment.

Step 5 > Delivery. For different service and items, we provide different delivery method and time. 2. I have ordered for the wrong character name. What should I do?

Please send us an email by your Paypal email and include your Order number and the correct character name. We will make delivery according to the new instructions that you given.

3. Are there any discounts for larger orders?

YES. This will be based on a case by case basis. Please contact us via Live Help or email.

4. Why is my order required for verifying by phone?

We will take all possible steps to protect our clients' details as well as the integrity of Farmer100. By speaking with our clients on the phone, we not only make the transaction fast, easy and safe, but also gives us a chance to strengthen our connection to our clients and answer any questions you might have.

5. Delivery of the items will be delayed if:

1>. Your payment to us is a paypal pending E-check payment. Your E-check is still not cleared yet. It can take up to a 7-9 business day for the funds to be cleared. Delivery will be made after payment status has become “Cleared”.
2>. Insufficient or wrong information is provided. For example, for most runescape service, we need your runescape character name and password, and even bank pin. Delivery can only be made until the right information is given. It is important that you provide us with a valid email for us to contact you.

6. You have stopped talking to me during a delivery. What's wrong?

Please rest assured that if we have stopped communicating with you, it is due to disconnection of internet. And it is impossible for us to contact you or meet you until the connection was resumed. To help you, there is an indicator on our website that will let you know if we are online or not. Simply contact us again when we are back online. 7. It's really important. Can you deliver right now?

9. What is a pending E-check, and why do I need to wait for it to be clear?

A pending e-check is a type of payment option available with Paypal. A pending e-check is just like writing a normal check, except electronically. Just like normal checks, pending e-checks take a few days to clear while Paypal verifies the funds are present within the senders account. Once the check has cleared, the money is transferred to farmer100's account and then delivery can take place immediately there after.

10. How do I avoid sending an e-check?

An e-check results when a payment is sent from an unverified account without sufficient balance in the Paypal account to cover the cost of the order. Paypal must contact the bank and verify that the funds are present, thus the cause of the 3 to 4 working days delay. To avoid sending an e-check, first complete the verification process for your account, and then make sure the funds are present in Paypal before you place an order. To confirm your payment type, just before placing the order you will see a blue hyperlink that reads: "choose more funding options". By clicking this link you may determine which option is currently selected for your payment, and what payment options your account supports. 11. I've sent an e-check, but I did not mean to. How do I cancel it? If you have mistakenly sent a pending e-check, you may contact us by email or msn to request a refund. If you wish to receive an instant delivery, you may place the order with a valid credit card. Our customer service representatives can guide you through this process and will answer any questions you might have.

2. If you bought RS gold or RS items from us, this status means we are farming or transferring money/items on your account. So please do not logon your account until your order finished.
3. Otherwise it means we are ready for the delivery. Please contact us and start the goods trade.

Finished

Your order has been finished.

Emergency

It means there are something unexpected happened when processing your order. Please contact us and check your order. The reason maybe: 1. We are out of stock now. But we will deliver goods to you as soon as possible. 2. We have made a partial delivery. The rest will be rearranged. 3. We can’t find the character name or the auction on the server you submitted.

Refund
